Snowflake Sparkle

First off - let me say that the photos really do this girl no justice. Unfortunately I have no light box and the sun has been mia for a couple days now.

Snowflake Sparkle started life as a Mcdonalds G3 pony with a molded tail. I removed the tail, sanded it down and gave her a tail hole with a dremel.

Her leg and muzzle gradients were hand painted with a makeup sponge in a light metallic blue.

Her symbol was painted with acrylics, glitter, and 3d paint. Swarovski crystals were used as the centers of the snowflakes as well. Her eyes were painted with acrylics and accented with gold glitter. Her eyes and symbols were sealed with gloss sealers. Her eyes were also accented with swarovski crystals.

She was rehaired in a combination of nylon and saran hair in light blue nylon, midnight blue saran, phtalo blue saran and touches of Sunlight nylon. It was pinned up into an updo with pearl pins.

Her cheeks were also blushed.
